Truck driver was responsible for Ambala accident: Eyewitness
11 children died and 13 were critically injured after the school van they were travelling in collided collided head-on with a truck on Saha-Shahabad road near Ambala. An eyewitness to the incident Vikram said that the collision was so strong that many children died on the spot while others succumbed to their injuries in hospital.
